  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or Altered Items: Any item that has been customized, altered, or made to order according to your specifications.

  • Intimate or Hygienic Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of intimate apparel, swimwear, or products of a personal nature unless they are defective or damaged.
